How the Other Half Lives
With a celebrity cast, and by celebrity cast I mean Boycie and Marlene from Only Fools and Horses, this production tells the story of a man who lives two lives. Two wifes, two houses and two kids (one in each location - clever hu). As he struggles to balance his time between each, as you can imagine, all sorts of comedic situations result.
Stones in his Pockets
Not to start the review with a negative comment but I was told this was funnier than Father Ted. I am not sure whether the promotional material actually said that or it was interpreted that way. End result is it isn't. But then again, but a lot of things are anywhere near as funny as Father Ted.
Domonic Holland
Stand up comedy is great. You are always there just staring at one person on stage - therefore they have to be funny right the way through. None of this serious emo stuff, none of these little interludes, its just funny all the time. And comedian Domonic Holland was no disappointment.
